Available on select plans, business texting lets you send and receive SMS and MMS messages on your business number from the PJL mobile and desktop apps. This keeps your personal mobile number private and gives the whole team visibility into customer conversations.

Compliance

U.S. carriers require business texting numbers to be registered (the "10DLC" process). We handle registration during onboarding. Bulk marketing texts have additional compliance requirements; ask us before launching a campaign.
